Crumbs and Cream flagship store opening.

It's been a while...... Last week, PoseZA was invited to the flagship store for Crumbs and Cream in Sea Point. Literally 50 steps away from my house, I was intrigued to what I saw while they where still under construction and quickly googled their name "Crumbs and Cream". When I received an invite to the opening from The Little Black Book, I was too excited as I wanted to take a ride on their swing, they have a swing inside the store actually two. With their quirky interior and colourful walls, it almost feels like you are back in kindergarten, playing with your toys and eating a lot of cookies.
Speaking to the sister and owners, Shahar and Or Peled, Crumbs and Cream was a long life dream of theirs. Creating a fun, loving heaven for all types of ages where we all can have the best of both world, freshly baked cookies and top quality Italian Gelato. After two successful months, first operating along the Atlantic seaboard ( in a cute mini bus) before finding their home outside the Watershed Market at the V&A Waterfront, Crumbs and Cream have decided to spread the ice cream sandwich love and open shop in Sea Point.
Instantly, Crumbs and Cream became a hit, and when I say a hit I mean everyday while I mind my business and go to do errands, it is always packed and people lining to get their cookies and ice cream sandwiches. The quirky Crumbs & Cream store will allow customers to choose two different flavoured freshly baked cookies, pick a scoop of delectable Italian Gelato and add yummy toppings and spreads of your choice. The Crumbs & Cream store has a large variety of ice cream and cookie flavours, unique in house creations, delectable specials and limited edition products. In addition to their iconic Ice Cream sandwich, you can also indulge in delicious ice cream or sorbet cones, ice coffees, coffees and slush puppies, as well as tasty vegan and sugar free options, ensuring there is something yummy for everyone.
