Tuesday 23 September 2014 at Shimmy Beach Club in Cape Town, ThisIsMe, South Africa's first personal online verification authority held their launched where MC, Jeannie D welcomed guests who were treated to an open bar and delicious snacks throughout the evening. Last Thursday, Spreee.co.za invited everyone who is everyone in the fashion industry, celebrities, bloggers and fashion magazines to view their eagerly awaited S/S 2014 Spree Lookboard for their Spree Boutique which includes designers Marianne Fassler, Malcolm KLûK, Christiaan Gabriël du Toit, Gert-Johan Coetzee, Thula Sindi who where all in attendance. The event was in full force with the designers looks on live mannequins as we circles around them taking pictures and admiring the small details on each look. As a big fan of Gert-Johan design aesthetic, I was not let down once again. The newspaper print on the skirt and the dress was fresh combined with the pattern of it. The cut was done to perfection giving you a new look at the print itself. from far it attracted you close and close up it made you want to touch it.
