Love and War Monochrome with a splash of color. I am currently in-love with the colors, orange and blue . As I usually do monochrome with one color or black and white, I have been intrigued with some monochrome trends that I have been seeing from MBFWNY, Paris and London especially on their Street style pictures. As a fashion lover, time goes by and you get to realize that all the clothes you buy because they on trend, cheap or just  because you can, always disappear and you know why, because they are not in a relationship with you. Design Indaba outfits inspiration.  Below are my outfits for the Design Indaba excluding one, as the outfit will be worn at the Gay Pride as well. Now, I cannot share that as it will be a showstopper for de'gays and we all know how de'gays are mara.  

POSE and The Dot.   This has to be the day that we officially come to terms with our obsessiveness on becoming successful in the fashion, pr and publication industry. With Anam graduating from his studies and I starting my PR studies this year, we have decided to follow our dreams. I know this is just coming out randomly but it has been something we have been working on for the past 2 years and it is time we announce it to our fellow Poser's.  POSE is launching a clothing label which will start small of-course with T-shirts and sweaters, and gradually into designing the clothes as a collection. This is something that both of us (Anam and I) have always wanted to do, like, we went to varsity for it (never finished though) and that is when our love for fashion prospered.  The collection will consist of women and menswear with 2 cohesive labels for both sexes. How Do  I Look/ Farmer Boy. As Cape Town weather is showing us flames, and when I say flames I mean HOT flames, i thought it was going to rain today as the clouds were forming last night but as a Cape Townian I knew there would be a twist. As I mentioned before, I pick my outfits the night before whether for work or just to chill at home. So i decided to wear my dungaree today with my Miley Cyrus inspired cropped top and high platforms. When I arrived at work and went for my first smoke, the wind was appalling but with that said it was still hot. Well you can only imagine how it is now if you have experienced Cape Town summer days and if not, well lets say, if i was wearing a longer top, i would have made these dungarees  into jeans. How Do I Look/ Blue Sky I definitely felt like I have been pushing monochrome for some time, well, the past 3-4 posts that I have been taking every Monday's at work. As I looked at my wardrobes yesterday, yes, I have 2 of them, I decided to go totally different due to one piece of statement clothing, the leather waist coat. I am currently in love with the jean on jean trend and I know it has been going on for a while but I just cannot stop myself from doing the trend every time I wear jeans. Blue is the new black apparently and I am not that fond of the color, only in jeans i accept. BJÖRN BORG LAUNCHING IN SOUTH AFRICA So, Bjorn Borg launched on Wednesday at Stuttafords Cavendish branch where everyone in the fashion industry and media was invited. How Do I Look/ Monochrome Monday Mondays are my favorite days of the week, besides Wednesday and Thursday which are usually reserved for events. I don't know how to explain it but its like a new chapter for my biography every Monday , as it brings productivity for the week, with its dramas and laughter. Mondays are usually my monochrome day, I try by all means to always wear the trend every Monday of the week as it is classic and minimalist. Today I decided to try out my new V.B inspired blazer. I am a huge fan of Victoria's  brand as much as I love her. She is effortless. Perfection all the time, and a great designer for minimalist and tailored clothing.
