Club Mykonos Resort Holiday

Image
People that know me well will tell you how much I value my friends and love them to bits, its no secret at all. One of my best friends and the only girl friend that we have in our clique, Nonki is her name, surprised me with an unplanned holiday to Langabaan, Club Mykonos Resort. This happened in a gipsy of a second as we were watching Mnet series at a hotel we booked that week, as she was still trying to find a flat. The next thing I know in less than 12 hours, we booking for transport to take us to Langabaan, we booked an apartment at the resort for 4 days and we packed our bags and went home. We met up in less than 2 hours after departing which was the quickest holiday packing I had ever done, 1 bag for my clothes, 1 bag for my shoes and 1 bag with accessories and my toiletry. We set off to Upper East side hotel to meet up with another bestie of ours, Anam and decide to have a few vodka and cranberry before we left. Not looking at the time, our transport book

My Winter Moodboard

Image
Recently I had discovered that I will be 23 years next month and this brought to my attention that my fashion style has been very festival with stunts pulled at events of sophistication. Birthday can either make you reflect on your life in a good way or regret a lot but in my sake they make me rethink my fashion sense, my hair, and my attitude to fashion. This year I have gotten used to wearing less items of clothing, bold prints and revealing clothes. If you'd ask any of my friends they would tell you that I have always been a hobo + street chic with my fashion and it has been going on for 5 years. Last year, 2013, was the year that made me, even if I have to say so myself as POSE was launched, my love for photography kicked off, my fashion sense evolved and my love for PR was born. I have always set standards that were very much far-fetched and now I know patience is all that I needed+need. It seems like this is the best year to change my style , actually the time t

Mambo Media Launch Event

Image
POSE recently attended the launch of the Mambo Plastic Warehouse with the Little Black Book. Mambo is the larger than most national chain-stores retailers in the Southern Africa which sells mostly plastic-ware but you can find other products of varying materials such as glass, wood, rubber and stainless steel.  As we arrived, served with the most delicious champagne Paul Rene we were also given R200 shopping vouchers to purchase anything from the store. Most of you know that I am a big fan of champagne and wine so you can imagine my rush to the wine glass isle and looking for that perfect, big wine glass. While looking around for wine glasses, we were served with mouth watering canapes such as beef and prawn kebabs, cute little cupcakes and some tasty cocktails by the new vodka brand Pravda . I eventually found my perfect wine glass and we ( me and Nonkie) decided to buy more wine glasses for when we host dinners at her hous
