Alessia has also just launched a gorgeous imported swim wear by Ani Ani (from The Netherlands) which is all made in Portugal and use the highest quality fabrics which are all carefully selected in Paris. Customers will also find the most unique selection of imported Brazilian shoes by Raphaella Booz and some finishes even personally selected for the shop. For bag fanatics, the boutique store also keeps a small selection of stunning, good quality handbags as well as a range of Jimmy Choo sunglasses, which will be a definite ‘must have’ for summer.
Recently under new ownership, Alessia has taken on a fresh and stylish new look, under the inspiration of new owner, Jeannine Nestel-Bosman. Always having had a passion for clothing and retail, Jeannine started her career in clothing after having studied Clothing Production Management and being an assistant to a top SA designer. Jeannine carefully selects each item for the shop and gets her inspiration from many different influences. These include her international travels around Europe to social media, Pinterest and top international designers. Jeannine says, “My new favorite place to visit and source garments is the new fashion capital of Europe, Amsterdam where a large number of international brands decided to reside in the last few years. The Netherlands is simply one of the best places in the world to shop for the latest trends and designs! But closer to home, my customers inspire me by giving me ideas and inspiration.”
