Fabiani, Guess, CSquared and Yachting with Peroni



 This past week has been the most busiest week for POSE as we had 3 events to attend in one day. We were fortunate enough to being able to move around to all events this time around. We started off at the official opening of the Fabiani flagship store at the V&A Waterfront. As we arrived, I was taken by the decor before the clothing. It is always a case when you enter a Fabiani store you always just feel like you own a pent house in 4th Beach and you drive some sort of a sports or business man or lady car. The decor was vintage with a modern twist as we saw an old singer sewing machine and an old typo. The lighting was modernized with a touch of Rococo era for me. While walking around and gathering all we could see, we loved the designer book which showcased some of the best Dj’s in the world and the type of denim jeans they love. Champagne and Chivas was served to the public while marinating on some delicious canapes and admiring the staff as they were all dress impeccably in Fabiani gear. We got our goodie bag which came with trending socks for men at the moment and were a miracle in disguise for us as you will see later for what use.























We then moved off to Shimmy Beach Club where Guess hosted the biggest party of the year. Guess invited VIP clients, celebrities and media as well as international celebrities, Tom Hopper and Luke Arnoldsto enjoyed night with the brand and the new International faces. Jameson was the tongue wangler and the food was made just exactly for that as it was all meaty and juicy. Surprise performances by First Project, half naked men on drums made our knees wobble and DJ Socs and Yaron Wiesenbacher finished off the night with amazing beats, maintaining a full dance-floor until the early hours of this morning. We spotted some local celebrities who were lucky enough to be selected to be exclusively dressed by Guess, including Ryan Botha, Cindy Nell, Roxy Louw, Liezel van der Westhuizen, Candice Boucher, Nicole Meyer and Shane Burnell.

















Then it was off to the finale of the CSquared #TOPSWAG finalist showdown and announcing of the winner. We arrived just when the fashion show was happening and unfortunately I was not able to take some pics as that would have disrupted a lot but will be doing a post later once i get them from the brand. After the fashion show the winner was announced and as we presumed, Afiba won. He was so excited and all jumpy like a girl screaming with hands up in the air. We congratulated him and he thanked us and the night continued. RGB (real goboza for those who don't know) attended the event as we saw Sinazo Yolwa interviewing Wayne and the people who were invited. Also Lorna Maseko was there with Sydney.  Dj Loydd was on the decks and damn he is good as the crowd including me and Anam was on the dance floor jamming to his beats and sweating like pigs. Our new friends was there as well Clinton with his oh-so-fabulous girlfriend Tracy-Lee who looked so stunning, I have to mention. After some time we eventually said our good byes and left the event to go home and sleep as the night ended.












FRIDAY:


Waking up on the Friday was not so great but after we went through the pictures of last night and amping ourselves for the Peroni VIP Yacht Experience, we got our groove on again. For the event we went nautical, and when I saw nautical I mean sun-setting yacht experience with shades of red popping with blue, white and navy color co-ordination. The yacht moved just after 7pm and the party started, with Peroni and Brutal Fruit being served with tasty canapes platters, Friday become a night of its own. The yacht sailed to the nearest place whereby we could see the sun-setting perfectly and what an amazing picture that was. The company was so chilled and very much cool. Trevor Stuurman, Malibongwe from SkttieWhatAreYouWearing, Lawrance and Thandie were some of the people that were invited. I have to say again, (me and my big mouth) that the is no other alcohol brand that can give you a great yacht experience as Peroni. Make sure that next time you attend to experience such Fabulosity.
