KOI Restaurant Media Launch






 Due to the weather yesterday, I was not able to attend the KOI restaurant Medial launch whichI had been waiting for the entire motnh of September. This is one of the reasons I hate not having a car. Any-who, below is the event through Marina and Jules eyes, so I hope you enjoy it and I will make sure to make a booking for me and my friends soon and experience the fabulous food from KOI.


"Despite the stormy weather, all of Cape Town's finest arrived at the Ambassador Hotel in Bantry Bay for the launch of the new KOI restaurant. The exquisite view of the ocean provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of glamourous people, gourmet food and top notch wine. Guests were welcomed with Cosmo's and Mojitos complements of Absolut Vodka and were then treated to bite size samples of KOI's most impressive dishes which included the Peking Duck, seared tuna, wontons and dim sum, fillet and of course the creative and colourful variations of sushi which impressed even the most fussy of diners. Celebrities such as Cindy Nell, Tracey McGregor, Hershelle Gibbs, Jen Su and Percy Montgomery were also in attendance as well as all of Cape Town's top restaurant and food journalists. The perfect end to a perfect evening was provided with the delectable morsels of dessert from KOI's menu. "

So, the SA Style Awards 2014 where held last week and I was not surprised when it was announced that the Most stylish model : Joelle Kayembe. I have been seeing Joelle a lot lately from the events I go to and I have to say, she always looks on point. The most humblest model I know as I had a chat with her at the ERKE store launch this year and she gave so much advice through her experiences in the Fashion Industry.
