On the 6th of December, the annual Le Kap Lifestyle fair took place at Blaauwklippen Vineyards, Stellenbosch where it delivered all finer things in life to its guests. Socialites and celebrities where all gathered in the Veuve Clicquot VIP lounge where big hats and fashion met while man enjoyed playing with their favourite toy, Bentley cars. As we arrived at this beautiful and breathtaking vineyard on a sunny afternoon, I fell in-love with the way the vineyard was transformed into this exclusive exquisite situation. Veuve Clicquot champagne was bottomless and each table had mouth-watering canapés. The ambiance was a very chilled patio, with white overpowering on the decor. As the a-list socialites of Cape Town and around the globe filled the VIP, the fair continued to entertain us. We had numerous chefs preparing different dishes at allocated time. Last week Pose.ZA attended the Cold Press Cafe launch which I presume to be one of the best places to have something refreshing for your soul. Cold Press is situated in the heart of Cape Town, Green Point, at the Cape Quarter Lifestyle Centre in De Waterkant. As most people work in the CBD, this is a great venue to have such a cafe as I can see how packed it will be during the breakfast run and lunch time. Cold Press is more than just a healthy cafe, it is a lifestyle. You usually get to a health cafe and end up spending a lot of money on tasteless food that you literally nibble on because you cant swallow, right?! Now, Cold Press has such a variety on their menu that you would literally order more than one dish as their food is freshly made for you and when I say freshly made, I mean they prepare your salad, chopping the vegetables and all right in front of you after your order is placed.
